Can I buy a condo?
Yes, though condos carry an extra layer – the project itself gets reviewed, covering things like owner-occupancy ratios, reserves and litigation. That can affect both eligibility and timing. It is worth having Mike check the project early rather than after you are in contract.
Can I buy a manufactured or mobile home?
Manufactured homes can be financed, with specific rules around the foundation, the land, and how the home is titled. Not every program allows them. Mike can tell you quickly whether a particular property works.
Can I buy land or build a house?
Land loans and construction-to-permanent financing both exist and both work differently from a standard purchase – more stages, more documentation, and contractor requirements. If you are considering building, start the conversation with Mike well before you commit to anything.
